What are the weight and age limits?
45–100 kg for the standard flight, 45–95 kg for the long thermal flight, age 16 and over. Minors fly with a parent present.
In detail
Standard Ushkonyr tandem: 45 to 100 kg. Long thermal flight: 45 to 95 kg, because an hour in thermic air on a heavily loaded wing is a different proposition from a ten-minute glide.
Age 16 and over. Under 18 flies with a parent or guardian present at the launch. There is no hard upper age limit; what matters is mobility for the launch run and any cardiac or spinal condition, and that conversation belongs with your doctor rather than with us.
If you are outside the weight range, email us your actual weight before booking. Sometimes a different wing or pilot makes it work and sometimes it does not, and you will get a straight answer by email rather than a conversation at the launch with the money already paid.
