Prices
Every line says whether the price is final or still being contracted.
We publish a price or we publish nothing. A "from" figure attached to a product we cannot staff is the commonest lie in this industry, which is why the pilot lines below read the way they do.
We are also not the cheapest tandem in Almaty and we say so on the first-flight page with the reasons, because pretending otherwise to a customer who can find the local prices in thirty seconds is a bad way to start.
Payment is by card or bank transfer against an invoice from the contracting entity, with the local operating partner and licence number named on it. Deposits are refunded for weather cancellations and cancellations by us, on any product, without argument.

Tandem prices are live and final. Pilot-trip prices are shown only after the 2027 supplier rates are signed — until then those lines quote on request.
