Who we are

Two questions matter before money moves: who flies you, and who is liable if it goes wrong.

Who flies

Tandem flights are flown by certified tandem pilots based in the Almaty region. The pilot's name is on your confirmation. Pilot programmes are led by a working cross-country guide, whose flying record — years, regions, personal best — is stated in the quote, because for that audience it is the product rather than a credential.

Who contracts

The booking contract is with our Hong Kong company, which handles the international sale, the invoice and the payment. Ground operations in the Almaty region are performed by our licensed local partner. Both are named on every confirmation and invoice, with the local licence number, before you pay. A foreign customer buying an activity with real physical risk is entitled to know that structure up front, not to find it on a receipt.

Both sides of the border

We run the same operation in Kyrgyzstan, which is what makes the twelve-day two-country trip possible and why the vol-biv page here points east instead of inventing a local route. Same guide, same standards, two sets of paperwork.

The limits we will not blur

We are not a school and cannot teach you to fly from zero. We do not run SIV. We are not a rescue service, and no amount of ground support replaces a policy that names helicopter evacuation. Our airspace briefing is judgement, not clearance — the AIP is the document. And we cancel: for wind, for overdevelopment, for a driver who has not slept, and for a pilot whose stated experience does not match the day.
