How does retrieval work near Almaty?

In detail
A vehicle and a driver for the full day, yours from 08:00 until the last pilot is picked up. Morning drop at whichever launch you choose inside the agreed zone, a radio in the car on your frequency, and your LiveTrack open on a screen in town with someone watching it who starts the car before you land.
Real times: 20 to 60 minutes across most of the range front, because the useful XC direction east from Ushkonyr has paved road underneath most of it. That is genuinely better than Kyrgyzstan, where the same service can take up to three hours from the Suusamyr plateau, and it is one of the two reasons to base in Almaty.
The trade is not access, it is airspace — and that is the part of the morning briefing that actually matters here. A driver who reaches you in 20 minutes does not help if the task took you somewhere you should not have been.
Retrieval is not rescue. If you are hurt the sequence is your insurer and the emergency services; the driver helps and that is the extent of it.
