Tandem flight cancelled for weather: full refund, or a slot on any other day you are in Almaty, whichever you prefer. Nothing is kept and there is nothing to argue about. In practice at Ushkonyr the more common outcome is not a cancellation but a move to an earlier slot, because the plateau blows out in the afternoon far more often than the whole day is unflyable.

On the combined flight-and-zipline day, if the flight is cancelled the zipline still runs and the flight portion is refunded or rebooked.

Multi-day pilot programmes are different: the ground cost is committed in advance, so a programme that runs but flies fewer days than hoped is not refundable. That is what buying weather means, and it is why the season page separates what we expect from what we have logged, and why the twelve-day itinerary crosses two countries. If we cancel the programme itself, the deposit comes back in full.

What we will not do is fly a marginal day to protect revenue.
